12th MAY Open Shoot
Dear Archers
What a wonderful day we had on Sunday at our Open Shoot.
We hosted 135 archers (only 1 no show) who all seemed to enjoy our new course on what turned out to be a lovely sunny day and yes the storms came later than forecast!
A big big thank you to everyone that helped marshal on the day and ensure everything ran smoothly.
Our wonderful catering team kept everyone fed and oh the wonderful cakes!!
The event only ran smoothly because of all the work put in before, so if you helped on the work day a few weeks ago or turned up Saturday morning to get catering ready or do the myriad of other jobs like preparing the car park and taping and tweaking the course, well done and thank you so much.
What can I say about Catering, superb as usual and those cakes,
Most of all I should like to thank the archers who attended who made our day such a success and we look forward to seeing you all again later in the year.
